Promotional Disc

I have a promo copy of Burnout 3 on the way (I'll see what I can mine off the disc.)

I Can't Think of a Name for This

Promo discs tend to be identical to the final versions, just were sent to magazines to review. -Einstein95 (talk) 10:37, 30 August 2015 (EDT)
Yeah. I got really curious and bought it on impulse, like it had some mystical quality to it or something :/ You learn through experience, I suppose. --Adderdee (talk) 12:37, 30 August 2015 (EDT)
This is very interesting though. The second I bought the promo disc, I also discovered that there is an already-ripped demo (god-dammit) that has a bunch of early graphics other similar elements: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ9JRCeVRS4 (PART 1) and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1EEtOdVi5o (PART 2). The videos already show off nearly all of the good bits, but I could rip the actual graphics from PCSX2 and upload them here, to a separate prototype page. --Adderdee (talk) 12:37, 30 August 2015 (EDT)
Here's a video of the demo on console https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_9i1CVnFQg --Adderdee (talk) 12:36, 30 August 2015 (EDT)
I have the promo copy, and was pretty damn surprised. It seems to be a build that predates the Jampack Volume 11 build by about two weeks. This means that there are differences, but the rest of the demo is essentially the same.

"This Game Has a Prototype Article"

How does the "This game has a prototype article" get added to the bob? I've already created the page, but it hasn't appeared there. This isn't detailed in any of the help pages, unless I've done something wrong. Maybe it just takes a while to appear? Here is the article in question. --Adderdee (talk) 16:01, 31 August 2015 (EDT)

Since the update, it will take a while for it to automatically show up onto the Bob. Smoke (talk) 16:27, 31 August 2015 (EDT)
I see. I checked and it's been added now. --Adderdee (talk) 18:13, 31 August 2015 (EDT)
