Like most missions in the game, this one was also going to be more complex if the unused voice lines are any indication.
While the first one is used, the second and third show an alternate response to "If you're thinking of selling...".
This line from Reti suggests that you could once hide from the Trade Federation lander by flying into a nebula, but the only nebulas are in the background textures.
This line from Reti is probably talking about the Scarab fighters, however that wouldn't make any sense because they're a common enemy in the previous game, so perhaps an enemy type was cut?
These lines show that you could destroy the command bridge of Trade Federation landers, however their only hardpoints are the turrets.
This line from Reti warns Adi about running into the asteroids. This was probably cut because there's only a few asteroids and you'd have to go out of your way to crash into one.
A bunch of miscellaneous lines that sound like they would've played at any point during the mission, or in scenarios that don't happen. Most of these appear to just be filler:
These lines seem to indicate that both Reti and Adi could give each other orders at some point in development, but giving orders in two-player is impossible and the wingmate command system is disabled in this mission:
Reactions from Reti and Adi of the other dying. Reti's goes unused as you simply fail the mission if you die, and Adi's goes unused as Reti is set as invincible in the mission script. Some later missions have similar lines that also go unused:

Bizarrely, alongside this mission's voice lines are a set of 15 taunts for Adi and Reti to use during some kind of "capture the flag" mode. Interestingly, an early version of the catalogue for this mission can be found in the game data with the filename "b05_ctf.catalog", which is odd as a mission with that filename doesn't exist, and the fifth bonus mission is one that did make it in, an X-Wing versus TIE Fighter battle in the same ingame location. While it doesn't have these voice lines, it seems such a gamemode was at least planned. Another minigame in the Ruby Nebula - a two-player race mission - does have remnants but still got cut before completion, an incomplete "Skunkworks project" according to lead developer Brett Douville. The devs really wanted to pack this game full of fun minigames but couldn't due to time constraints:
