Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)/Unused Hints

To do:

Upload all of the OGG files.
Verify that all of these are unused, as the method used to gather these may have caused some false positives and ignored ones in unused SETs. A lot of boss fight lines seem to be marked as unused even though they're not.
Get unused ones from the msg_hint_xenon MST.

It's no secret that the characters in Sonic '06 are absurdly chatty, but it looks like they were going to be even more talkative at some point, as the huge amount of unused hints implies.

As there are so many, they've been split up between characters for ease of navigation.
