To do: How identical is the Xbox version to the PC release content wise? There is also apparently a leaked beta with lots of changes.

Original Ending

In leaked early pre-alpha versions of the game, there is an additional post-credits scene showing members of "The Order", the antagonists from the first game, killing a Shop guard and stealing a truck presumably filled with the Romulus Virus.

Unused Hospital Room

Behind the double doors next to the Elevator in the first Hospital level is an unused room with a standing nurse and a man doing an animation of leaning on a table. The room has missing geometry towards the doors so presumably this room was intended to be visible through a window as part of the environment.

Regional Differences

The German version changes all humans into "robots" by re-texturing everyone to have silver skin.
