In the Digital Art Compendium, there is a funny little palette for Annie labeled as "annie_annie" that references the Annie's brand of mac & cheese. As of now, it's not present in the game. According to one of the developers, Midiman, it was a leftover from when they were still creating palettes.
To do: Find (or attempt to recreate) the annie sprite (like the showed in the color above) and replace the comparison showed below.

Another unused color in Console/PC version that was also not included in the compendium. This originally appeared in her mobile debut as a Diamond Variant. The color is based on Annie and Tibbers from League of Legends, but for legal concerns, thas was replaced in a patch for the Byleth from Fire Emblem reference. Without the troubles, that color can be used for be the original #17 color palette in 2nd Encore.
Umbrella's character icon/sigil was originally just... a basic umbrella. The developers weren't satisfied with how it looked (probably because that umbrella is the standart of Canopy Kingdom), so it went through several revisions to look visually distinct.
Unlike the other DLC chracters, Umbrella's Story Mode has launched in her Beta Release on Steam instead of the Full Release. But, in the final release this suffered minor changes on the arts to upgrade them for look more colored or detailed, except for the last ones. The ending image in the final has a bit moved, and Carol's/Painwheel's wearing has changed to be more accurate for a Pajama Party. The Post-Credits image has changed the design of King Franz from the original one used in Skullgirls Mobile for a more Robust one, that later used in the WebToon comic.

Originally, the plan of a Playable Marie are reuse and use some unused assets for her boss version "Bloody Marie", but the current developer team decided to retcon this plan and rework her concept to make Playable Marie a more separated character from her Boss counterpart. This includes almost everything, including the creation of Talking Heads respective for the Playable Marie. Some news and anothers edited from Boss Marie.
