This texture is called blood81, the number possibly implying that it was to be used in either "The Little Princess" or "The Gingerbread House".

In a texture for the Orphanage's main hallway chairs, there's also an unused texture for a Jack-o'-lantern.

While the textures on the left are used as shadows in the Orphanage dining room, the scribbles on the right go completely unused.

Along with all the airship's room plaques, Jennifer's one was planned to go inside the Filth Room, but goes unused.

Texture oddities

Wendy's textures in Once upon a time

For some unknown reason the model file for the gift door in the attic (mitugi0707) in the "Once upon a time" chapter includes several Wendy's textures (mdmrb2, mdmrb3, mdmrb6, mdmrb7), which include her face, eyes and parts of the body. The textures are not mapped to anything on the 3D model and go unused.
