Oddly, the copyright message in the Japanese version still mentions the Genesis rather than the Mega Drive.

The Japanese version's Options menu adds a toggle to play with English or Japanese text, though the options themselves will still be in English regardless. The other options were also moved up a bit to fit the language select.
