Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is the long awaited sequel to 2013's Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus. After Ratchet gets into yet another scuffle with Dr. Nefarious, he shoots the Dimensionator and as a result, rifts are torn through reality into another dimension, which Ratchet, Clank, and Nefarious pass through.
