Debug Mode

Where to? dialog on boot (set as Fighter with all skills)

Originally one could dump the debug files from Police Quest SCI Remake or Laura Bow 2, rename them to 18.hep, 18.scr and 18.tex and place them in your QFG3 directory, but its only debug functionality was a WhereTo dialog at boot.

Fortunately, a fan patch restored the full debug, either by using SciCompanion to compile EricOakford's archive or just download them directly here or there.

Note a room and inventory lists can be seen in this archive's game's notes.

Here is a list of commands available:

A different portrait for Reeshaka being possessed can be seen in View 835. When she is possessed, she uses the Blue Demon's portrait instead.

Unused Text

File 150.txt

The gates of Tarna are barred to you, and you cannot return.

This line is not necessary since the hero can approach and enter Tarna like usual. The hero won't get far, however, since there is a massive gate blocking the way.
