A bizarre little platform game in which a unicycle robot, who can only shoot one bullet at a time, has to go through a bunch of obstacles to rescue a doctor and save the world. It gets weirder from here.

The game only has one ending, but another is hinted at by searching through the game's innards with a resource editor (such as ResEdit).

Mrs. Redwood, Dr. Quagmire's secretary, is seen here holding two guns, implying that she would be Mr. Z. In the final game, it turns out that Mr. Z is not her.
