This demo is found in a special demo disc. It's the only demo that has the full level and cutscenes. It has its own differences from the other two early demos and the final game. Also this demo has a lot of differences. These are:

  • Taser sound effect can be heard when Logan is wounded.
  • When Logan is hit, terrorists speak different lines.
  • In the firefights with terrorists, CBDC speaks different lines.
  • The camera angles in the cutscenes differ from both early demos and the final game.
  • Color of lampposts is black, not gray.
  • Captions appear slightly slower.
  • Lighting and dimming inside the bank are different from both early demos and the final game.
  • Lighting in the whole game is different from both early demos and the final game.
  • Subway textures are the same as in the final game, but there are no blackouts and sparks.
  • The bar has the window in the section separated by a fence, where grenades box crate is located.
  • The bar has a different layout with the door leading into elevator's alley and the Hotel sign.
  • When falling to death, another sound effect and scream can be heard.
  • While climbing to the M-79 box crate, two terrorists run out from the bar door.
  • Subway's switch room has a different layout and you can see a passing train.
  • When riding on the elevator to the alley, a terrorist appears on the right platform, not left.
  • The alley leading to the street with the theater is slightly different.
  • More tiles laid in the street near the theater.
  • The table in the hall of the bar stands at the front wall.
  • Right side hall of the subway has more blackouts.
  • One of the walls in the subway texture is not correctly applied.
  • There is the subway map on the wall in the second terminal.
  • Enemies have friendly fire.
  • Level map has some differences.

Meanwhile a big portion of differences coincides with the two early demos:

  • When shooting at CBDC, Lian warns - "Gabe, hold your fire, he's CBDC!"
  • No "breath effect" while opening weapon box crates.
  • Grenades box crate in the bank is located in another corner of the room.
  • There are two additional road signs near the bank on both sides of the road.
  • Behind the brick wall near the bank, two trees are visible instead of one.
  • The texture of the doors on the buildings looks different, and some have stairs.
  • Near two police cars on the floor are missing two tiles.
  • Behind two burning police cars on the first street there are four lampposts.
  • Light poles at the entrance to the subway is taller.
  • The tree that stood near the entrance to the subway now stands near the left window of the bar.
  • Armor box crate at the gates of the subway is located in another place.
  • Into the subway leads two passes instead of one.
  • The top texture of the walls of the bar is orange, not green.
  • There is no table with bottles in the bar.
  • There is no pool table with a hanging lamp.
  • There are no three recessed orange windows in the bar.
  • Different arrangement of some light bulbs in the bar.
  • The wall near the bar has an orange texture.
  • There are no orange boxes in the elevator's alley.
  • There is no sound effect when climbing on the ledges.
  • The sound of sparks from the subway's switch room cannot be heard from the street.
  • Subway's switch room has the fixed camera angle.
