• MUSIC.WMA is the song Flute by Cinematic Orchestra and located in TEMP folder. File can't be played, because it DRM-protected and link to DRM license is expired.

Car Sounds

Unknown Car Sounds

• Demo contains carname.big and carnamex.big sound files for all cars, including two cutted cars: Mini Cooper S and MG Metro 6R4. Those files locates in Data/Sounds/Car.
• Unforunately, almost of them (including files for cutted cars) are just duplicates.
• Aforomentioned files doesn't match with any .big car sounds files from final game and previous Colin McRae Rally 3.
• For reference, here presented contents of 6r4.big and 6r4x.big.

Changed Car Sounds

• Unique sound files presented only for Citroen Xsara, Peugeout 206, Citroen Saxo (this car unvailable in demo, and lacks model/textures files).
• Sounds of these cars in demo almost are same as in final game, only a few files were changed (except contents of 206.big and saxo.big).
• Contents of 206.big and saxo.big totally differs from its final version.
• In 206x.big only stall.wav is different.
• saxox.big contains more sounds in final version, than in demo, but other files are same.
• In xsara.big and xsarax.big were changed only e_stat.wav, x_stat.wav and ignition.wav, stall.wav perspectively.
