Graphical Differences
Bendy Cutout
Early | Final |
---|---|
An early Bendy cutout. The cutout is nearly identical, with the only two exceptions being the gloves, which have three darts instead of two buttons on the back of the hand, and the index finger being slightly different. The cutout also appears to be entirely flat as if made of paper instead of cardboard.
Chapter 1 Boris Corpse
Early | Final |
---|---|
A early model of Dead Boris / Boris Clone. This older model looks slightly bigger and less detailed, with the giant hole in the abdomen resembling a Y-shaped incision, similar to those commonly used during autopsies. Another noticeable difference is that the model doesn't have overalls or gloves.
Bendy
Early | Final |
---|---|
An early "Ink Bendy" model. His model looks completely different in the earliest demo. He is about the same height as Henry, with a human-like head, differently-styled horns, and a lack of arms or legs. According to the Archives added with Chapter 5, the developers refer to this model as "Bird Poop With a Smile".
Dialogue
An early Wally Franks recording. The prototype version of his audio log sounded much cleaner, as the following remastered updates edited the audio to sound low-quality and old-fashioned. His audio log does not include a transcript on-screen, meaning his name was initially unknown until it was shown in the first remastered update.
Early Henry dialogue. All his dialogue remains the same, while his voice sounds slightly higher-pitched and having fainter echoes.
Title Screen
Early main menu background.

Posters
Early posters. From the "Little Devil Darlin'" and "The Dancing Demon" posters, each glove sports three darts instead of two buttons. They also have slightly different text from the final remaster. Boris's "Sheep Songs" poster is the only one that was untouched.
