Aside from the logo change, the copyright info was made a bit larger. The copyright dates were also condensed from "1995,1996,1998,1999" to a much less cumbersome "1995~2000".
Early US Box and Cart Label

Seen in footage from E3 1999. Aside from using the early logo seen above, the box has an "RP" ESRB icon whereas the cartridge has the "E" rating the game would be released with. It's not clear why this discrepancy is present.
Also visible is a Game Boy Color Promotional Demo cart inside a Transfer Pak.
