Gareth's helmet and shoulder-pad jewels were originally yellow instead of purple. Additionally, the shape of the chest crystal was changed from diamond to square (a diamond-shaped indent is still around it oddly), and the color of the crystal was changed from yellow to red. Finally, the yellow circle on the helmet's side was changed to red.

The dialogue also used two question marks instead of the final's three.
