This is a sub-page of Prerelease:Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

Stage Objects
The flag that appears multiple times in the stages of Royal Road has concept art that doesn't differ too much from the final version, but has some noteworthy differences:
- The patterns in the corners are different.
- Queen Sectonia's skin is darker and her crown is thicker.
- The handles of Sectonia's staffs are thinner at the bottom.
- The left staff lacks an extra piece near the red gem.
The developers also left various technical notes regarding the use of the textures.

Antler
The sketches below depicts Sectonia's finalized design alongside her minions: The Antlers. Their designs are nearly finalized. The only real differences is that their eyes reflect lighting way more. The blue Antler also has yellow colored hands instead of gray colored hands.
Paintra
Paintra, the boss from Lollipop Land, used to have a bigger resemblance to Drawcia, the main antagonist of Kirby: Canvas Curse. This was toned down in the final game to possibly make her more unique. Other designs depict her with hats in the form of paint buckets or tubes of paint.
Coily Rattler
Coily Rattler, the boss from Wild World, has various unique designs. The first colored drawing depicts it with a completely golden body, including the head. The gem is also red instead of green. The next sketch uses blocks resembling ruins for its body, while the head has the shape of a toad or a generic lizard. The body used to be its "armor", and its true appearance was hiding inside it. The third design greatly resembles Quetzalcoatl, a deity from Aztec culture. The last design more closely resembles a snake. Its body used to host both golden and silver parts, while the neck hosted various red pieces. The head was similar to that of a crow's head.
Queen Sectonia
First Form
The Queen herself went through many revisions. Earlier designs depicted her as more "wasp-like", and the cloth around her neck used to resemble a heart. Said designs also tried giving her more elegant "dresses" and crowns. Later revisions made her hips and stinger thinner.
Second Form
The flowered version of Sectonia didn't go through many revisions as her regular form. The first sketch shown in the image below presents her with 4 thin petals at the bottom and 3 big petals at the top. Leaves and vines adorned her stem. Later sketches keep the vines, but resemble her final design more.
This piece of concept art, however, is more finalized. Her petals have a deep purple color instead of light pink, though. The hearts at the tips of the petals are separated by a yellow line. The final model design drops this entirely.
