A short message from the programmer can be seen near the beginning of the main CPU ROM. Note that you'll need to interleave the IC32 and IC31 ROM files to be able to read it.

Unused Music
Sound ID 04 is an unused piece of music which can't be heard in the service menu's sound test, since it skips straight from 03 to 05. To hear it, change the word at RAM address $FFED62 to 0104.
