Si el [Pipe Dream] de la sección de ENTPACK.INI se edita para que tenga la línea Winpipe=1, entonces el icono del juego será remplazado con la imagen de un hombre de cuello muy largo. Al iniciar cualquier nivel, su garganta lentamente se llenara de viscosidad hasta que empiece a circular en el juego en si.
Si la línea CheezHead=1 se añade en la misma sección del archivo .ini, la fila de las próximas tuberías estarán de bocarriba en vez de bocabajo.

Un icono temprano para Pipe Dream existe en el salva pantallas IdleWild, específicamente IconBownz, el cual fue incluido con el Windows Entertainment Pack 3. La llave inglesa estaba alrededor de la tubería y esta estaba en vertical, a comparación con la versión final.
