Orion Prime is a point-and-click adventure released for the Amstrad CPC in 2009. Yes, really.
After a hyperspace accident, the player needs to dock with the spaceship Orion Prime, discovers the spaceship is mostly devoid of living humans, and learns that it is part of some military-biological research mission that resulted in people being transformed into monsters.
About 175 physical copies were sold before the game was released online, and it received a review score of 92% in Issue 83 of Retro Gamer.
Unused Text
To start rescuing the woman, you need to throw a flashbang through a crack in a door. If you try to throw a second flashbang through the door, you'll receive this message:
What's the point? Your new friend has already left! Using another flashbang isn't going to make her come back!
You require at least three flashbangs to reach this message, but only two are in the game. One is needed to defeat a monster to reach a power switch, before entering the area containing the door, and the second wakes your friend.
