At the title screen, press L, X, Y, Z, R, L, R. "Ura Mode" will appear above the copyright if done correctly. Homing and Sync shot speeds will now be added to the configuration menu, and level selects for each game mode can be accessed by highlighting either mode, holding X for Original or Y for Extra and pressing Start.
