Missile Control is an obscure Missile Command-like game from Europe. In it, you can use a paddle to block their projectiles like you're playing Breakout.
Developer Credits
Start a new game on mode 6, and then lose. After the screen stops flashing, flip the TV Type switch to pause the game, set the Right Difficulty switch to B, and input Fire + Up on Controller 2. The three cities on the left will be replaced with the initials of one of the game's developers.
