Version 1.0.0 is the full release of Minecraft: Java Edition, also known as the second part of the Adventure Update. This update adds brewing, enchanting, the End, hardcore mode, breeding and much more.

It was released at 21:54:50 UTC on November 18, 2011, during MINECON 2011, marking Minecraft (now known as Minecraft: Java Edition) as officially released on that day, after two and a half years of development.
