Extra Test Menu items

Hmmm...
To do:
Figure out how to use these menu items and what they all do.

The Japanese flyer for the game only shows two buttons being used [1] but it supports three buttons, with the third button honking your car's horn if hooked up. This third button is also used to add extra debugging items to the test menu, similar to The Fallen Angels.

With the service mode switch actiavated, hold 1P Button 1, 2 and 3 as the game boots until the RAM / ROM check ends to add extra options to the test menu.

After opening this menu, 1P Button 3 will now pause the game at any point, including once you access this menu, so you might have to press 1P Button 3 to regain control.

Test Play

Starts the game normally with two changes- a level select after you insert a coin (although this does not seem to work) and pausing with 1P Button 3 active.
