Learnin' Wheels is a nice exploration and racing game and basically the Grand Theft Auto for kids.
You explore a big city to find lost sheeps while annoying pedestrians and motorists, tuning up your car, making phone calls while driving, etc.

And it has great overhead driving controls, something neither Dick Tracy nor Roger Rabbit on the NES had!

The aggressive dog in the Post Office game is found only in a side view, but includes graphics for a front and back view. Perhaps vertical levels were also planned for the Post Office game.

A frame of the front view was mostly overwritten with the used side view.

Unheard Music

The song on the overview map, which is only displayed for a few seconds, is actually the longest song in the game. However, since the game automatically moves to the next scenery after a few seconds, three-quarters of the song is never audible.

Only half of the high score jingle is used, because it is abruptly interrupted by the result music.

This text can be found a whopping 432 times in the ROM. Probably a remnant of a conversion tool.
