Debug Leftovers

Game Genie code 011-8BF-E6A or GameShark code 01013CD0 will enable a couple of debugging features.

At the title screen:

• Put cursor to "START" option, press Up to cycle through stage numbers to start with.
• Press Select to cycle through the SE/BGM tracks, press B to play.

During the game:

• On pause, every A press increments HP and adds 10 money.
• At the items menu, press Left 4 times and exit the menu to enable the Free Walk mode, do the same one more time to switch it off. While activated, you are invulnerable to all enemies and obstacles except water.
