I'm Sorry involves former (1972-74) Japanese prime minister Kakuei Tanaka trying to collect lots of gold bars in maze-like levels while avoiding enemies primarily based on famous entertainers.
The fact the game was released outside of Japan is surprising, given that it's a satire of Tanaka's involvement in the Lockheed bribery scandals. The title is a play on "sōri", the Japanese word for "prime minister".
