Test Mode

A debug menu can be accessed simply by holding Start at the Sega logo screen and keeping it held until the menu appears. If the "No VMU found" screen appears instead, the debug menu will appear by exiting the screen. All of the options are pretty much self-explanatory.

Stage Select

Actually not just a stage select, this screen also contains a character select, mode, rank, time, invincibility, and infinite bomb toggles,
