A Japan-exclusive Konami game best known to international players as "that one crossover level in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair".
The game was finally given an official international release (albeit an untranslated one) 34 years later, as a pre-order bonus for the (thankfully fully localized) reboot GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon.

Leftover Cheat
There is a leftover cheat in the game's coding that gives you all inventory items by setting memory addresses 7D9 and 7DA to FF when the A button is held while pressing Start to start a new game. However, the game's initialization routine sets both addresses to 01 after the cheat is applied, rendering the cheat nonfunctional. It is likely a leftover from development.
The Game Genie code NNOKAYPE will re-enable this cheat. (The code affects PRG ROM address 1c798.)
Debug Mode
Game Genie code SUUSUOKN enables a debug mode. (The code affects PRG ROM address 1d9bb.) On the world map, press A + B + Select for a free-movement mode. Hold Up + A + B and press Select to cycle through the game's modes.
