Fever 3 - Sankyo Koushiki Pachinko Simulation is the third pachinko game in the Fever series, not to be confused with the Sankyo Fever: Mihata Simulation series of games by TEN.

This particular entry features two machine types: one with a video screen based on Densha de GO!, the other a more traditional pachinko machine with a physical jackpot dish.

Unused Graphics

Located in the TIM files on the disc, logos for FEVER Poyoyon Alien can be found (on the right-side column of the image), which is a pachinko machine that was not included in this game. These machines would be included in Fever 4, released in 2001.
