"Does the Kart Mode starting position fit with the ZE2-X.scr track?"

It does, however the Kart mode starting position is the same for all of the Kart tracks, so it doesn't give us any more information. That being said, it does fit very well with the ZE2-X.scr track!

Very nice! It really fits, interesting! Small question, how could you convert the early track graphics to the ".CH7" format to implement it in the alpha? --Kowski (talk) 17:29, 29 January 2021 (UTC)
Good question! For later work, I used Tilemolester and ended up writing a small python script to convert a 8bpp planar format file into the correct format. I'll have to remember how I did it, but if you contact me via discord I can try and help you through it! It's hard to explain through here. The first 512 bytes are palette bytes, and the rest of the data is the image in a 4bpp linear-reverse order format, if that helps! --MrL314 (talk) 06:07, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
