The Trainers' School in Old has a new exterior, and the sign which used to sit behind the school is now beside it.

West

The layout of West now reaches further down to accommodate for the tracks, with some bushes and fences being removed in the upper half. The rocks in the water were only partially updated, making leaving the play area incredibly easy.

High-Tech

Bridges out to... nowhere. Bridges: Now With 90 Degree Turns!

The bridges in High-Tech now lead to small islands, leading to the city being squished vertically. One of the blocks used for the bridges uses a block that was unused in the demo. It likely acted as a warp. A new house was also added, with a sign placed right beside it.

Font

The sign near Font's Pokémon Center was removed, and the map has been extended vertically, with a new area presumably acting as a dock. More rocks have been added, and like the new bridges in High-Tech, these too use a different block, which would have likely acted as warps.

Birdon

The League building and the Pokémon Center in Birdon swapped locations, and a sign has been added near the League Building and one of the houses.

New Type

The layout of New Type was tweaked to accommodate for the tracks, with a bridge being lowered, and the Pokémon League and the dojo being raised. A sign was also added near the League building, as well as near one of the NPC houses.

Sugar

In Sugar, a sign was placed next to the Trainers' School.

Kanto

A group of trees was shifted to the right in Kanto to make place for the path leading to the Magnet Train station. A house near the Lavender Town section was also moved down because it got in the way of the tracks.
