Using Isxc-0.5, the April 1994 SGB Test Program (Game Boy ROM with SGB enhancements) can be compiled from sgb.isx from the other.7z leak at:

Surprisingly, a very early version of Starfy seems to appear.
In this program the player controls a "Goon" (based on the Super Game Boy face icon for enhanced palettes and borders), and can defeat three others by pressing A/B to fire Starfy at them.
After hit by Starfy, the object will start spinning slower before disappearing. If Starfy is close enough to the target, he will move in a path.
Kirby graphics also appear in the ROM, but they only seem to appear after firing for a very brief moment. Unused code possibly left over from an earlier version of the SGB Test Program is also present that turns Goon sprites into Kirby sprites. It can be re-enabled with Game Genie code ??3-D2F-195, where "??" is any non-FF value.
Previously, a "balloon-lifting game" was revealed as a series of 1995-98 tests in a NintendoLife interview and Nintendo Power Volume 244, Page 73. It then developed into Game Boy Color prototypes of Densetsu no Stafy.
