English software house founded by Darren Melbourne and Mark Greenshields. Probably best known for developing the hideous 8-bit versions of The Lion King.
The company went through several name changes, renaming to Dark Technologies, and Phoenix Interactive Entertainment. According to Melbourne, this was done so the company could develop for both Sega and Nintendo. However, Nintendo games by the company have used all three variants.
