Unseen Data
2-02
The camera in the intro cutscene of Comic Klepto lasts much longer after the automatic fade-out, revealing a whole camera shot focusing on Zack.
The animations stop by that point, so the existence of this shot might indicate they originally were not meant to.
3-BB
In the cutscene before the boss fight in Fighting Johnny Vincent, a portion of Jimmy's animation goes unseen due to the automatic fade-out.
Unused Cutscenes
1-01
The full cutscene used for the game's pre-rendered intro, with a few bits that got trimmed out from there. It's slightly more outdated, judging by the odd camera angles at times.
It makes the game quite unstable, and will likely cause it to hang at times. Possibly due to limitations, as the cutscene takes place between two major areas that are never loaded at the same time.
This is the only cutscene whose individual files aren't compiled into a single .cut file, like all the other ones. Additionally, it's missing some of them, as the only appearing objects are the Bullworth sign, Jimmy, and his parents, despite the cutscene trying to call for way more. Scholarship Edition would later bring them back, revealing how outdated their data is compared to the pre-rendered intro, as the peds are in the wrong positions. The following models are listed in the .inf file:
CS_BWSIGN CS_CAR CS_GN_GREEKBOY CS_GN_HBOY CS_GN_LITTLEBLKBOY CS_GN_SEXYGIRL CS_JIMMOM CS_PLAY CS_TO_BUSINESS3 CS_TO_CARNY01 CS_TO_GROCERY CS_TO_JIMSFATHER CS_TO_RICHW2 F_CS_JIMMOM F_CS_PLAY F_CS_TO_JIMSFATHER JD_CAM
1-1
An early version of Help Gary's intro cutscene.
It's the same as the final one, but it has basic camera angles, the part with Gary at the beginning is longer and it lacks facial expressions. No audio or subtitles for it remain.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_NEMESIS_GARY CS_PLAY F_CS_NEMESIS_GARY
2-09A
An early version of Weed Killer's intro cutscene.
For some reason, it has the mission ID of Boxing Challenge, when the actual ID of the mission is 2-08. No audio or subtitles for it remain.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_PLAY
3-03
The intro cutscene for the cut mission Rendezvous.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_GRGIRL_LOLA CS_PLAY F_CS_GRGIRL_LOLA F_CS_PLAY
3-BC
A cutscene meant to play when the magnet was activated during Fighting Johnny Vincent.
In the final game, Johnny does the same animation but while in-game. He doesn't lose his lead pipe in this cutscene.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_BIKERACER CS_GRLEAD_JOHNNY CS_LEADPIPE CS_PLAY
4-B1b/4-B1c
Two cutscenes of Earnest leaping from platform to platform, meant for Nerd Boss Fight. They were replaced with NISes instead.
The following models are listed in the .cut files:
CS_BALC1 CS_BALC2 CS_NDLEAD_EARNEST
CS_BALC2 CS_BALC3 CS_NDLEAD_EARNEST
5-07
This was meant to be an intro cutscene for Busting In Part II.
This seems to be a pretty old leftover, seeing as in the final game Part II starts immediately after Part I, in Blue Skies. It also seems to have been made when the plot of the mission was different: here Jimmy already knows who Edgar is and that Gary is behind everything.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_PETER CS_PLAY F_CS_PETER F_CS_PLAY
5-B
A cutscene of Jimmy confronting Edgar before the second phase of the boss fight in Showdown at the Plant.
Like 5-07, it also inconsistencies with the final plot: here Jimmy also already knows Gary is behind Edgar's behavior, something he discovers in the cutscene after the boss fight.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_DOLEAD_EDGAR CS_PLAY F_CS_DOLEAD_EDGAR F_CS_PLAY
6-B2
An early version of Weed Killer's intro cutscene.
Same as 2_09A, but Jimmy's animations seem a bit more polished, and the mission ID is instead the one of Final Showdown. It also doesn't have audio or subtitle files.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_PLAY
CS_COUNTER
An early version of Making a Mark's intro cutscene.
The cutscene has a static camera behind a wall for the entire duration of the cutscene, blocking the view. No audio or subtitles for it remain.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_JKLEAD_TED CS_NDLEAD_EARNEST CS_PETER CS_PLAY CS_PRLEAD_DARBY
candidate
An early version of The Candidate's intro cutscene.
It seems to be a very old leftover, as the cutscene tries to call for models of Bo, Earnest, Earnest's poster, and Jimmy with filenames that don't match their final counterparts and a cutscene model for Kirby that has no equivalent in the final game. Due to the absence of these models, no one appears. No audio or subtitles for it remain.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CANDIDATE_POSTER CSJKH1A_KIRBY CSJKH3A_BO CSNDLEAD_EARNEST CSPLAYER
FX-TEST
A really basic cutscene with a static camera and a cigarette. It takes place in the removed Cafeteria Kitchen area.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_CIGARETTE CS_TE_CAFETERIA
TEST
Same as the previous one, but with Edna's model too.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_CIGARETTE CS_TE_CAFETERIA
weedkiller
Softlocks the game due to some missing files.
Like 1-01, Scholarship Edition brought more of its files back, revealing how it's similar to 2_09A and 6_B2, but with Dr. Slawter present. No audio or subtitles for it remain.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_PLAY CS_TE_BIOLOGY WK_FROG WK_PLANT
Scrapped Cutscenes
1-02
An early version of Welcome to Bullworth's 1-1-2 cutscene.
Its only leftover, 1-02.cut, contains the camera angles.
A short clip of it can be seen in the first trailer.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_PLAY CS_TE_PRINCIPAL F_CS_PLAY F_CS_TE_PRINCIPAL
2-S07
The intro cutscene for the scrapped mission Small Offences.
Its only leftover, 2-S07.cut, contains the camera angles, which are completely different compared to the ones in Scholarship Edition and are possibly from when the cutscene took place in the scrapped Gift Shop area.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_BASBALBAT CS_GNOME CS_PLAY CS_TO_FMIDGET F_CS_PLAY F_CS_TO_FMIDGET
3-R05

3-R07
The cutscene for the scrapped mission The Collector.
Its only leftover, 3-R07.cut, contains the camera angles. The location doesn't match the unused marker for this mission, an inconsistency that got carried to Scholarship Edition, except on the Wii version.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_DOH3_HENRY CS_PLAY F_CS_DOH3_HENRY F_CS_PLAY
4-B1C2
A cutscene meant for Nerd Boss Fight.
Its only leftover, 4-B1C2.cut, contains a static camera.
According to the models listed in the .cut file, only Earnest was meant to appear in this cutscene:
CS_NDLEAD_EARNEST
4-S11
The intro cutscene for the cut mission The Paddle.
Its only leftover, 4-S11.cut, contains the camera angles.
Matt Bush, Pete's actor, revealed in a 2019 Q&A that the plot of the cutscene involved Jimmy and Pete thinking about how to get revenge on the jocks when suddenly Gary comes in and mocks them as if they were both lovers, Pete then came up with the idea of getting Damon in trouble with Crabblesnitch's prized paddle.
Notoriously, two short clips involving Gary were shown in the Holiday Special trailer.
The following models are listed in the .cut file:
CS_NEMESIS_GARY CS_PETER CS_PLAY F_CS_NEMESIS_GARY F_CS_PETER F_CS_PLAY
MODELS
Unknown. Softlocks the game.
Its only leftover MODELS.cut contains the camera angles, being a static camera looking above Blue Skies, and the following models:
