??? Before Unlock

If you die with the Ankh item and respawn as ???, you can hold R to do a new run as ???, even before unlocking him.

Note: A mod known as SpiderMod is being used to give the item at will. The mod is not affecting anything else.

Brimsnap

Firing a laser with the Brimstone item, then repeatedly tapping the same key in the direction you fired allows you to deal additional damage. This also as a result, makes Isaac appear as if he is firing the Brimstone laser towards the bottom of the screen, although the laser is still being fired in the direction you fired.

This bug has been dubbed the Brimsnap by the community.

Ipecac Double Explosion

If you use the Remote Detonator after launching a projectile with IPECAC it will cause a second explosion in the same location.

Access Sheol Early

Usually after you defeated Mom's Heart for the 9th time future runs will have the door to Sheol appear, but can be done in the same run as beating Mom's Heart for the first time. To do this you have to defeat Mom's Heart in a challenge while also managing to spawn an Angel/Devil room after defeating Mom's Heart.
