Clipping Out of Bounds
After defeating Chauncey, if the player holds up-right as Luigi spawns back into the Mansion, he will slip behind the large chest while it spawns. From here, if Luigi runs towards the wall and vacuums, when he puts it away he will clip out of bounds and be on the ceiling of the Laundry Room. From here the player can explore a handful of F1 rooms from their ceilings!
- Luigi will interact with map collision from F2, but only F1 will be rendered.
Pushing Toad
On the F1 Balcony, Luigi can push Toad around... not very far though.
Collecting King Boo's Crown
In the Japanese version- If the player manages to bring King Boo low enough that Luigi can touch him, he can collect the crown right off his head, ending the fight instantly.
Spade Key Duplication
After defeating Vincent Van Gore; if Luigi leaves to the 3F Balcony and back, an additional Spade Key will spawn. This can duplicate as many times and the player wants, however Luigi will have to pick up each key one-by-one.
Turning Speeds Up Music
In all versions of the game, turning Luigi in a lit room causes the BGM track (in most cases, Luigi's whistling) to speed up a bit while doing so. This is most obvious in the Observatory, since it counts as a lit room after peaking through the telescope.
Ceiling Fans Have No Speed Cap
The ceiling fans in the game spin when vacuumed, however they don't seem to have a rotational speed cap. This means you can continue vacuuming a ceiling fan, and it will speed up likely until the value overflows.
US / PAL missing vibrato
In the US and PAL version, vibrato is missing from multiple sequences, despite there being instructions modifying the vibrato value.
In most sequences that are missing vibrato, the two instructions that are used to set up the oscillator for the vibrato effect are called before the instrument on that track is set; however, once the instrument is set, the oscillator configuration is discarded. Moving the two setup instructions after the instrument is set restores the vibrato effect.
Other sequences, however, such as BabyDemo, are missing the instructions needed to setup vibrato entirely, but still have instructions modifying the vibrato value.
Comparisons
Battle Against Chauncey (Intro)
First up, BabyDemo, also known as the intro to the fight against Chauncey. This fix has by far the least amount of impact on the track itself, with only a single instrument using vibrato for a very short amount of time. The differences can be noticed around 0:20.

Battle Against Bogmire (Intro)
Next up, BlueDemo, also known as the intro to the fight against Bogmire. The corrected vibrato works to make the track sound more "otherworldly", but overall has a much smaller impact than the changes made to the final track. Differences can be noticed around 0:08.

Battle Against King Boo (Intro)
Finally, KoopaDemo03, also known as the intro to the final boss fight. This one benefits the most by far by the vibrato being fixed compared to any other sequence in the list, and differences can be heard throughout the entire track.

Gold Diamond Despawning
After collecting all 50 Boos, a Gold Diamond spawns as a reward! However, if the player saves during the chat with E. Gadd after collecting all the Boos, but does not save after collecting the Gold Diamond; if the player gets a game over or resets the console, the Gold Diamond will never spawn again.
Jewel Crash
If Luigi touches a Jewel on the very last frame before it is able to disappear, the game will freeze. It's entirely possible for unlucky players to accidentally encounter this bug on a casual playthrough.
