Originally released as Moero!! Pro Yakyuu for the Famicom, Bases Loaded on NES is the first game in the Moero!! and Bases Loaded series respectively.

The logo was completely changed, the player graphic was changed, the baseball was redrawn, and the copyright information has been updated.

Miscellanous

  • The letters of the teams were changed. Also the way "SELECT YOUR TEAM" displays was changed.

  • The Japanese version has animated flags while the USA version does not.

In addition, the names on the scoreboard were changed; Tanaka (タナカ), Hayashi (ハヤシ), Murata (ムラタ), and Ohta (オオタ). All four names belong to staff of the game's developer, TOSE; Tanaka is Tetsuji Tanaka, the game's graphic artist. Hayashi and Murata are the game's sound designers Akihito Hayashi and Kouji Murata, respectively. Ohta is Nobukazu Ohta, the programmer.
