Hmmm...
To do:
Netflix differences.

Like what Test Drive Off-Road games do with the Test Drive series, Asphalt Xtreme brings the mobile racing game series (which now happens to have a desktop Windows version as well) beyond the namesake surface. Unfortunately, it suffered from the fate of being a spin-off Asphalt game and support for the game was quietly stopped within two years.

Unused Vehicles

Hmmm...
To do:
There's only icon files for the Maserati Levante AXTR Edition vehicle. The IPA (for iOS version) doesn't have any textures or models, just the icon. There should be a copy of the model somewhere, but the problem is that it required internet to download the vehicle and now it's probably deleted. (Check Android and Windows versions as well.)

The Maserati Levante AXTR Edition was supposed to be released in the Nepal Update, but didn't appear at all, possibly due to licensing issues with Maserati and the game's development being halted.

The Maserati Levante AXTR Edition Icon is circled on the right. The pink car to the left is a placeholder icon.
The Maserati logo still exists in the latest version of the game, but not the car model, textures, or icon.

There's also a Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND) in the game's files. Only the model and the textures of the vehicle exist but later removed in an update. It's classified as a rally car according to the model name. Textures are still found in the Netflix version.

Unused Sound

Hmmm...
To do:
Get the old (version 1.2.0) pnsound.wav file. I (User:FMecha) originally uploaded it... only to found out the one from update 1.4.0 replaced it with the starting sound from this game.

pnsound.wav, present in the root directory of the game's files in the Windows version, was the race start sound from Asphalt 8: Airborne, possibly a leftover from said game. This was the case until v1.4.0, in which it was replaced with the race start sound for this game.
