Anticipation is Nintendo's first video board game!, playing like a mix of Trivial Pursuit and Pictionary. It's notably the first NES game released in America to support up to four players simultaneously... technically. The NES Four Score and Satellite multitap accessories wouldn't be out until 1990, so the game requires a full group of four to share two halves of two controllers. It's as awkward as it sounds.
Safe to say, their next attempt at a video board game a decade later would be a lot more successful.

Instead of booting straight to the title screen, the European version has an extra screen which plays a short tune before going to the title screen. This screen is similar to the "Press Start" screen that comes after the title screen, but without the prompt.
