The fifth edition of Aisles of Glory updates the hit frill-dodging game with default character designs from the third game, unique powerups from the fourth, and the winner of the PC Optimum points contest for the latter installment to the fray.

A PC Optimum points contest was run for this game from September 1-14, 2022 on aislesofglory.nofrills.ca. After the event ended, the game can still be played on hauler-staging.reli.sh, although no points will be awarded.

Unused Code

This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: In previous builds of the game, the debugging utilities were once directly accessible in the pause menu. See if it can be accessed again through an alternate method.

Some leftover pieces of code suggest that debugging utilities was once functional in builds of the game before its public release. Some debugging options include:

• Produce: Unlocks the Produce aisle.
• Meat: Unlocks the Meat aisle.
• Dry Goods: Unlocks the Dry Goods aisle.
• Frozen: Unlocks the Frozen aisle.
• Legend: Unlocks the Legendary Hauler aisle.
• No Name Arcade Token: Gives the player a no name arcade token.
• Shopping Cart: Gives the player the Shopping Cart powerup for a short time.
• Haul Magnet: Gives the player the Haul Magnet powerup for a short time.
• Triple Jump: Gives the player the Triple Jump powerup for a short time.
• Multi Save:

• PC Credit Card: Gives the player double points(?) for a short time.

• Invincible: Prevents player from losing lives if toggled on.
• Clear Cookies: Clears cookies for the webpage.

• Increase Difficulty: Increases the difficulty level by 1. Maximum difficulty is 10(?).
• Decrease Difficulty: Decreases the difficulty level by 1.
• Lock Difficulty: Locks the difficulty level.
