"since they are unconstitutional in Germany": shouldn't that be "since they are illegal in Germany"? Or does the German constitution have a different role in the German government than the Amercian constituion does in America? --EagleEye 00:06, 3 July 2012 (EDT)

The symbol itself isn't unconstitutional, but the German penal code prohibits use of symbols representing "unconstitutional" organizations, which includes the Nazi party (it was declared as such as part of the "denazification" effort following WWII.) --Devin 00:14, 3 July 2012 (EDT)
