Spooky's House of Jumpscares Jumpscare Mansion is a "cute" little horror game that both parodies and tributes other games in the genre.

Two years later, it got a remake titled Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion: HD Renovation.

Debugging Material

SJM DebugMenu.png

A debug menu can be opened simply by pressing the Insert key during gameplay. Three strings of text are present to the right of the screen upon opening the menu. The first tracks the game's current FPS, the second tracks the number of times the player swings their axe towards specimens, and the third is the name to the room the player is in. With the debug menu open, the player can also press the 1, 2, and 3 keys to activate different commands. The 1 key increases the room counter by one room, the 2 key increases the room counter by ten, and the 3 key reloads the room.

Note that this debug menu was removed in the v3.20 update of the current Steam version. However, an earlier version that contains this menu can be downloaded on Gamejolt.

Unused Graphics

A picture of absolutely nothing titled BLANK exists in spooky/DATA/MAT. Most likely a placeholder image of sorts.

Unused Models

SJM tankmodel.png

A simplistic model of a tank similar to the ones found in certain rooms, though they have slightly more edges than this one.
