The towers seen here go unused. Either that wouldn't open all at once or the right one just was closed forever.
Two Allens
In the final game, you are never seen fighting two Allens. Also, the bullets are thinner than the final.
Two Whales
There are never two whales in this area in the final game.
Unused Truck And Prisoner
The truck here isn't present in the final game and the prisoner is tied to a pole closer to the left.
The Two Merchants
The two merchants seen here are to the right of the Camel Slug. In the final game, they are to the left of the Camel Slug.
