Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Pocket Monster is a mediocre unlicensed SNES platformer, which was later ported to the Genesis.

Anti-Piracy

Yes, even an unlicensed game has anti-piracy. If the game detects that it's running in an (inaccurate) emulator or is a pirated copy, the animation of Ash scrolling upward in the intro will loop endlessly.

These anti-piracy measures don't exist in the Genesis version.
