An unused room in Eschebone which only contains a single enemy. There's also a tunnel which has some unused textures not found anywhere else in the game. Going through the tunnel will exit the room and warp you to in front of the door just before the boss room in Eschebone.

An unused multiplayer map. Normally when entering this map, you will instantly fall out of bounds due to the spawn points being far outside of the collision range. When placed in bounds, it's a very small map.
