The Eggplant Patreon build has had some eggplant themed placeholder assets made for your eggplant needs.

Unused Rooms

Says exactly what it is in the title. It's a disclaimer that clarifies that the build's contents are unfinished with the following text:

THIS IS A WIP BUILD,
A BUNCH OF STUFF IS MISSING
OR WILL BE CHANGED LATER!
CONSIDER THIS AN EGGPLANT FLAVORED
APPETIZER OF WHATS TO COME!

After waiting for a few seconds, the screen will fade and you'll get redirected to the level select.

rm_levelselect

Self explanatory as well. This is a simple level select screen that lists all the levels with their internal names, from Entrance (John Gutter) to War. The Toppins, found secrets and the level's treasure (represented by an eggplant) show up here. The only exception to this is for WAR which, not until after Octobe22, contained no treasure to collect, nor secrets to find. Pressing Left and Right lets you select the different levels, while Up and Down let you select a different world. Pressing the Jump button warps you to the selected level without showing the title card.

This level select had been around since the April 2021 Patreon build, but was retooled for the Eggplant Patreon build with a changed level order, a unique build logo and a prompt for the options, which despite its filename of spr_controlseggplant, shows up on the title screen. Starting with the Halloween update, the Esc key on this screen flashes between the key and the Xbox (▶️) button every frame.

Unused Ranking Sprites

With the exceptions where sprites made specifically for the Eggplant build show up in unused rooms or objects, these sprites don't show anywhere anymore and are purely rank related.

spr_rankEGGPLANT

A temporary rank screen reusing the rank D assets as the ranks weren't updated yet with the game's mechanic changes that resulted in higher scores than intended. The text reads Ranks yet to be set!

spr_ranks_hudeggplant

An eggplant icon that went in place for the rank indicator.
