Format notes + tools

Some notes on the file formats can be found here and tools for working with them can be found in the same repository. There's a tool that uses Python and Kaitai Struct to extract PAK files and there's a tool to convert SCB files to PNGs.

The game's main format for storing nearly all the files is the STR format, which is a stream format partially explained by Michael Saladino in this postmortem.

Need a cleaner video (and a better method that can actually get all the original files)

Models can be ripped using NinjaRipper but the resulting geometry is messy. This isn't an ideal solution since it will only rip geometry that already exists in the scene. A tutorial video exist[1].
